Check Frequency
How often Brokenly crawls your sites and how to override the cadence per site.
Crawl frequency depends on your plan. Higher plans get more frequent checks, catching problems sooner.

Per-Site Overrides
You can override the default for any individual site — useful when one site changes constantly and another is essentially static. See Per-Site Settings for the available options (every day, weekly, monthly, paused).
The per-site cadence is clamped to your plan's minimum: a Starter site can't be set faster than weekly until you upgrade.
Manual Crawls
You can trigger a crawl manually at any time from a site's detail page. This is useful after you've updated affiliate links and want to confirm the fix without waiting for the next scheduled crawl.
Manual crawls count against the same link-check quota as scheduled ones.
Retrying a Failed Crawl
If a scheduled crawl fails (network glitch, timeout, etc.) you'll see a red banner with a Retry button. Each site can be manually retried once per 7-day window.
Crawl Quota and Carryover
Each plan has a maximum number of links it can check per cycle (500 on Starter through 50,000+ on Agency). If a crawl finds more links than your remaining quota allows, the unchecked links are carried over to the next crawl automatically — nothing is lost permanently.
One Active Crawl at a Time
Brokenly runs one crawl per account at a time. If a crawl is in progress for one site, a queued crawl for another site will wait until the first one completes.
