Managing Your Subscription

How to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your Brokenly subscription.

Manage your subscription from the Billing page in your dashboard sidebar.

Upgrading Your Plan

Click Upgrade and select your new plan. The change takes effect immediately and you're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period.

Downgrading Your Plan

Click Change Plan and select a lower tier. The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep the benefits of your current plan until then.

If the new plan supports fewer sites than you currently have active, you'll need to remove (or stop monitoring) the extra sites before the downgrade can be finalised. The lower tier also imposes a slower minimum crawl cadence — any per-site overrides that are faster than the new tier's minimum will be automatically clamped up.

Canceling Your Subscription

Click Cancel Subscription in the billing portal. Your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period.

Updating Payment Details

Click Update Payment Method to replace your card on file. This opens a secure hosted payment portal.

Viewing Invoices

All past invoices are listed in the Billing portal. Click any invoice to download a PDF.
