Managing Your Subscription
How to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your Brokenly subscription.
Manage your subscription from Settings → Billing in your dashboard.
Upgrading Your Plan
Click Upgrade and select your new plan. The change takes effect immediately and you're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period.
Downgrading Your Plan
Click Change Plan and select a lower tier. The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period so you continue to get the benefits of your current plan until then.
If you're downgrading to a plan that supports fewer sites than you currently have active, you'll be prompted to choose which sites to keep before the downgrade completes.
Canceling Your Subscription
Click Cancel Subscription in the billing settings. Your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period. After that, your account is paused — your data is retained for 30 days, giving you time to resubscribe.
Updating Payment Details
Click Update Payment Method to replace your card on file. This opens a secure hosted page managed by our payment provider (Stripe).
Viewing Invoices
All past invoices are listed in the Billing tab. Click any invoice to download a PDF.

If you have a charge you don't recognize or a question about your invoice, contact support and include your account email and the invoice number.
