Configuring Alerts
Customize when and how Brokenly notifies you about broken affiliate links.
Alert settings live under Settings → Alerts in your dashboard.
Alert Email Address
By default, alerts go to the email address on your Brokenly account. You can add additional recipients — useful if you have a VA or team member who handles broken links.
To add a recipient, click Add Email and enter their address. They'll receive the same alert emails you do.
Per-Site Alert Settings
Alerts can be toggled on or off per site. If you have a site you're no longer actively updating, you can silence alerts for it without removing it from monitoring.
Alert Frequency
You can choose how Brokenly handles repeated broken links:

| Once per break | Alert only when a link first breaks (default) |
| Every scan | Alert every scan cycle while the link is still broken |
| Daily digest | A single daily email listing all currently broken links |
Minimum Failure Threshold
Avoid false positives by requiring a link to fail on consecutive scans before alerting. Setting this to 2 means a link must be broken on two back-to-back scans before you're notified.
Testing Your Alerts
Click Send Test Alert in the alert settings page to send a sample email to all configured recipients.
